2002 75hp mercury 4 stroke

I bought this motor for lower unit now Im thinking about fixin it. It has around 60# on 1 & 2 and 120 on 3 &4 pulled head, cylinders look like new head & gasket looked perfect havent cracked case tho pretty sure a ring job would do it, any idea on cost for someone to do a ring job and reassemble
