Mercury 250 ProXS Re-Power - 12/26/16 11:12 PM

Does anyone know of a Mercury certified place that can handle a re power under warranty?

Seems like everyone is closed until after the new year, and then weeks behind after that.

Already tried Fun n Sun (closed til the 2nd), Shipps, Sandy Creek Marina, etc.

I'm losing time...

2016 Pro XS started knocking and is just getting worse. Oil, water temp, and water pressure are all fine.

Engine is under warranty til 2021. Not sure how else I can explain it. LOL

Generally when someone says repower they are talking about a complete new motor not just a powerhead replacement.
Did you check the l/u lube to make sure there isn't any metal in the lube?
We can help you next week if you can't find anyone before then.

Yes, that's the first thing I did. L/U oil is clean with no debris.

I dropped the boat off the same day I posted this at a shop that PM'd me. Thank y'all
