Custom Bow Cowling - 2004 Skeeter SX-190

Anyone know who can build a solid plexi or fiberglass bow cowl for a 2004 Skeeter SX-190?

I'd like to be able to secure it with riv-nuts (or nutzerts) or Dzus fasteners for better access into the bow.
