Just picked up a boat, yea has been sitting awhile, gonna do some minor stuff then probably get mech ck it over. I WAS gonna siphon/ drain fuel, change fuel lines, have heard of fuel hose that ethanol wont destroy, can I get it at auto supply.Also the filters, motor hasn't run in awhile. Info is greatly appriaciated.

All fuel lines are ethanol resistant from auto store but filter for that motor you can buy at a boat repair shop, online or e-bay

Thanks Gary,a guy told me fuel line would have green lettering on it? Just re learning stuff, haven't had a boat in long time. I may be full of questions. Thanks again.

Don't attempt to crank it until all the fuel lines have been replaced and the fuel tank evacuated and cleaned up. Otherwise, you will really have an expensive repair.

Thanks z119 motor won'tstay running 3 4 sec dies, he had it in shop for long time they couldn't figure it out. Said may be elec. issue. May remove gas tanks/ clean em.
