Front Panel

My front panel has come loose. The guy who owed the boat before me used a RAM mount for the Lowrance and the weight of it caused the whole front panel to come out of place. He rigged it up with a few random pieces of plastic to keep it form moving around, but when I bought the boat I didn't know what they were for and had them removed. Now each bump rattles the whole panel. Last thing I want is for it to come flying off and fall in the lake, although it would be a good excuse to buy a new unit! Can anyone recommend a good marine adhesive or point me in the right direction as to where I can get a new front panel for my boat?

2008 Skeeter SX 190. Boat is in storage and I'm out of town this weekend or I'd gladly post pics. Thanks for the reply though.
