I have a 1997 johnson fast strike.replaced vro with electric fuel pump.
primer bulb wont get firm, have put 2 new ones and no better.no fuel leak
that Ican find.do electric pumps have a anti siphon valve? .your best guess

I know a few DIM bulbs, but no soft bulbs!

With the correct electric pumps you shouldn`t have to pump the bulb. Some pumps are flow through and some are not. Needle and seat leaking? Mr. Gasket Micro Electric Fuel Pump -42GPH 42S
