I inherited a Higgs with an 80hp outboard Evinrude and have absolutely no idea how to start it especially since the only keys in the hold do not fit the ignition. Can anyone please recommend 2-3 San Antonio Boat diagnostic and/or repair shops? The boat and trailer are in great shape, but it's a floating 2x4 without the engine up to snuff.
