Just bought a title says 96 merc 60hp bigfoot serial# OG330849 lookin for some parts and there is no such # for 60 hp. Question is where on motor can I find serial # there is no sticker?

this is what comes up on MercNet... won't let me open up tha manual for some reason though.. which would give year and model number.

did find that serial number is '96

a lot (not all) of merc/mariners will have it stamped in tha block welsh plug...
