How do I find the proper prop size for my Suzuki 90 when going from a 3 to a 4 blade

general answer is 1-2p minus from going from aluminum to stainless, and the same from going from 3 blade to 4 blade.

There are alot more factors, but thats a generalized answer.

What are you running it on?
What is the current rpms with the 3 blade?

Ok, that skiff is a different critter than a bass hull, and your needs are different.
It's all about holeshot and handling. It'll never be a fast boat, so if it's 37 or 38 mph that's really not a big deal.

You really need to be at 6,000 rpms at WFO, everything will work better then. I like powertech 4 blade props a lot on skiffs, call Steve and get a PTR4-S in 15" with small vents. Should be the real ticket on your skiff.

You might look at a set of step-n-trims and maybe some negative offset also. Those two would have you on plane in a boat length.
