Fuel pressure regulator? Maybe.

Or some type of filter.

justa filter.. reg is just under tha Schrader valve with little hose attached..

Thanks Gary Purdy that was perfect. The screw obviously vibrated out. The filter in there is $252.00. Is it made of gold?

Yep....gold paper. Yamahas are just as bad, and there is several on my Yamaha.
