Favorite USA Fishing Rods - 09/01/17 10:50 PM

I've been eyeballing the Favorite rods since they are the quintessential Youtube rod right now, but wasn't able to find too much information about them. So I took the dive myself to get the information that I would have wanted when I was thinking about purchasing these rods. Hopefully this answers some question since their website descriptions are pretty bad and reviews lacking.

Here's the video!

Just out of curiosity what don't you like about them? I have a defender MH I feel everything with it.

I got the Hv defender and it is like casting a metal pole. and my Mh white birds were like an extra light and would almost snap on a cast by a weightless senko.

Weird, My MH Defender is slightly soft compared to others(just assumed it was the material) but I've grown to like it and I did get the "LunkersTV" edition just because it had the length I wanted so I don't know if the blank is any different. If you want to talk about metal poles I bought a Abu Garcia Veritas MH 7'3, holy [censored] its stiff haha. I did get both A.G.'s new for a killer deal though so I cant complain I suppose.

Not at all the case with mine(maybe if you get the low
end rods). I've let plenty of people with high end rods use it and asked what they thought, no real complaints. Sounds like some butt hurt in your post for some reason.

Accurate/long casting, smooth guides, zero QC issues, held up to the beatings I give it, I feel everything, balanced well, and it's much nicer to use than my castaways and Abu Rods.

Couldn't care less if someone one YouTube uses it I took a chance and got a nice rod. Yeah I could spend twice the money and get a nicer rod, but this does everything I need and more.
