Reel Cleaning in DFW

Reel Cleaning in DFW - 12/27/16 07:11 AM

I am starting back repairing/cleaning/super tuning reels on the side again. I have been professionally cleaning and repairing reels since 2007 and have worked in tackle shops as a reel repair technician. Now that I am in another field I am able to do them on my own at home again. I live in south Fort Worth and can meet up anywhere on the west side of DFW or you can ship them to me. I charge $20 per reel which includes disassembly, cleaning, repair, relube and grease, and reassembly (price of parts not included). All freshwater brands of reels are accepted including Shimano, Abu Garcia, Daiwa, Zebco/Quantum, and some store brand reels. I regularly check my PMs so you can reach me here pretty quick.

Ahhh snap got me some competition in Fort Worth now! Haha. In all reality though I don't advertise much on here anymore. Ive gotten a small little core group of customers from doing it over the years and honestly thats all i need. My work life and life at home dont allow me as much time as I used to have. Good to know fellow Fort Worther's have another option!!

Hey Nate, I remember you telling me about your new job. You know I'm harmless lol. I still have a few loyalists when I was in North Texas doing reel repair there but had to take a hiatus from doing it on the side with my old business. Now I have a lot more time and 2 kids that need more clothes lol. Good to hear from you again sir.

Lol I was just giving you a hard time man. My 16 month old is hogging up all my time now so I barely have time to work on reels anymore. I still get a few here and there but dont advertise like I used to because I cant keep up with it all anyways. And I hear ya man its a good way to make a little scratch on the side. I need to step my game up though and start offering super tunes but im a noob when it comes to that lol.
