REEL SERVICE

REEL SERVICE - 08/09/16 01:47 AM

I had two OLD Curados that my father gave me about ten years ago. They were fished HARD in saltwater and collected dust in my garage for a number of years. Needless to say they were not in very good working order. Being a DIY guy myself I attempted to give them a deep cleaning. I managed to do more harm than good and they never cast the same since. I saw Shawn's service on the forum and decided to try him out. I opted for the "Super Tune" which took a week to complete. My neighbor even threw a reel in as well.

I got them back today and they are casting better than ever! If you or anyone in the Houston area needs their reels serviced give Shawn a shout!

Shawn is good people! Those old Curado's are real work horse reels. Hard to keep em down for long!
