Pulled one of my rods out the other day......found out I had broken 6" off the tip. Contacted Loomis, gave cc number, they're shipping out replacement today. When I get it I put broken rod (my fault) in tube and they pay the freight both ways. $75.00+tax. Love good service. Will let everyone know when replacement arrives!

Came home from work today....and there on my porch was a tube with my NEW Loomis rod as promised!! Sent request to Loomis on the 27th, NEW rod arrived on the 29th!! WOW!!! Great service!!

I just bought 4 G Loomis GL2 rods. 2 spinning and 2 baitcast. Glad to read this story, especially since I spent a good chunk of change.
