Shimano Caius; Braid, what weight, what kind?

I want to run braid on one of my cauis reels. I've been running 20lb spiderwire high vis yellow, but it's running low and I need to respool it. What are other people running? It's on a 7ft medium action rod, I mainly run it in the salt.
