Aerator help

My boat has front and rear live well but neither has a aerator , they just have water pump in and drain plug. Im going to be using my boat for tournaments next year and keeping fish alive is very important.
Im wanting to be able to pump out water and aerate it, any advise would be greatly appreciated.
