Yes with Ethernet.

Each unit would need an Ethernet adapter AS EC QDE.
Then an Ethernet cable long enough to go between them.

SI, blended DI, dedicated DI, 2D sonar, GPS data, Ethernet accessories can be cross-shared with a Sonar model, DI model, and a SI model.

Since neither of the units you listed are DI, there will be no dedicated DI possible since there is no source. DI would be a blend of the two SI pulses.

You can use the 360 to provide SI and DI to either unit also.

I'm thinking about a similar setup with Helix 12 SI Chirp on the console and some form of Helix 12 on the bow with 360 on the trolling motor. If I get a Helix 12 sonar/GPS on the bow (cheapest way to view 360 on a Helix 12) then can I still view the transom SI on the bow also? Or do I need to get a Helix 12 SI on the bow also to do that?

you will need the 5 port Ethernet switch to connect all 3 and a Ethernet cable from both helix units and one from the 360 to the Ethernet switch, but yes the helix 12 sonar/gps will work
