Lowrance Blue Connector power diagram please

The Lowrance support website seems to be down. I'm not getting power to my Lowrance with the Blue connectors. I have a voltmeter. Can you please tell the holes to test for power? I have power under the dash, good fuses. When I connect with the other Lowerance Blue connector the unit powers on. The unit is an LMS 334 C. It worked a few months ago.

When looking at the pins, the top left center is 12 volts and the top right center is ground. The alignment notch is between the two pins

Thank you. I just do not have power to the blue plug. But the connection to the Blue Plug has power. I guess it just might have the Blue plug.
