Humminbird transom mount kicking up - 11/06/15 03:44 PM

I think I hit something a couple of trips ago and now every time I get on plane my transom transducer kicks up to where the transducer is vertical. Do I need a new mount or do I need to tighten something? There is a bolt on the top that has a phillips head on one side and an allen screw on the other side. It sticks out about 1/4 inch and I tried to tighten it but it wouldn't budge. Any ideas?

Should be able to just tighten it up.

That's a break away mount. Pop it back out and queeze the metal bracket back together then pop back in.

That is a shoulder bolt that is a pivot when the mount trips.

Might consider one of these. A little pricy but they will help save a trip. One bang of the tducer and it pays for itself
