Thermocline

I have been told for several years that you can see the thermocline on a depth finder? I have never found that secret of how to see it. Can any one give an old man some directions as how to do it? I have a HDS 10 Gen 1 and a HDS 8 Gen 2, Thanks

I see no one else can see the thermocline on their df either.

Lowrance, same as the bird. Look at the fog line, I don't have a 2d sonar shot but there was plenty on the bird site.
