Repairing Seat

I have a '95 Champion and my entire seat came loose from the fiberglass. It was screwed from the back of the seat into the fiberglass and there was some adhesive used. Any suggestions to reattach the seat to the fiberglass? As you can see in this is picture of the seat it is very good condition.
