super bait tank

Just got a used super bait tank for a good deal. 30 gallon set up. I need to give it a good cleaning and wondered what I should use, I guess bleach is ok but what about after the bleach, what do I use to make it safe for shad after that?

Also what do you all use for filters over the charcoal?

Sure Life makes a tank cleaner. I wouldn't use bleach...
