Upgrading T/M from Maxxum to Ultrex w/ 360

I'm going to be upgrading from the Maxxum to the Ultrex and I currently have the 360 on the T/M, I know that Humminbird has an adaptor kit, AD UL 360 Part # 740171-1. Has any one done this? Any pictures? Looking for some feedback.

The adapter comes with a long pole and instructions to install it and cut the shaft length down if you need/want to. Looks just like the picture on the HB website:
