helix 5 rest lost map?

Did factory reset and got on the lake.Usually takes 3-4-mins. for navionics map to load.
Did not show. Is it gone or how do I find it?.Thank's

You select the Chart View. You will not get that view until the GPS is tracking satellites.

If you have low voltage, the GPS will be the first thing to stop working.

Is it not giving the map view at all or just not reading the Navionics card? If it is just not reading the navionics crad try removing, blowing into the slot and replacing. It happens to me occasionally. Once it took wiping the contacts of the card and reinstalling to get it to read the card.

Showing the h.b. map but not the navionics.T hank's for the tip ,will try it when Igo down
and report back.

The best thing for the connectors is to use an eraser on it. It will get the contacts clean again.
