Lake Alan Henry Working Man's T, 10/20 last one of the year - 10/13/17 11:18 PM

We are fishing the last working man's T of the year on 10/20/17. Shotgun start at 6:30 and be in line with your fish by 10:30. 3 fish limit, so if you keep 3, one must be 18" or longer. No limit on the 2 unders. $20 entry fee with an optional $5 big bass pot. If we fish less than 10, pay 1 place. 10 or more, pay 70/30 and big bass takes the whole pot. If you have questions, contact me here, call 806-786-3766 or e-mail thadrains@aol.conm for more information. Since we are not having much turn out, this will probably be the last one I will hold, due to low turnout. So, no schedule for next year. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.

Only 3 people showed up for the T, so I just gave my money to the guy that brought his son and we went fishing. He caught a 2-14 spot, biggest he has caught. He also had a 1 lb spot and I caught a spot almost 3 lbs. All on Texas or wacky rigged blue fleck worms. Wish there was more to submit, but the fishing is still a little tuff, but we are catching a few nice fish in the brush. Tried a whopper plopper, but the wind was howling and no takers. This is the END of the working man's T's as there is NO SUPPORT for them, so why waste my time trying to put one on. I only took 2 rods and just a couple of bags of soft plastics to fish, so I was limited to what I could do, by a little bit, but it was fun fishing with a friend and his young son (a freshman in HS). Hope this helps. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.
