Canyon Lake, New Braunfels Area

I generally don't see many events out this way. I know theres a Thursday night periodically, but I'd like to get a more serious core group of guys together on a bi weekly or so basis for a small jackpot tournament. I'm thinking a rotation between Canyon Lake and Dunlap. It could be a great way to stay competitive. Any interest?

By the way, I think it needs to be a more mild payout to discourage people from cheating. As sorry as that may sound.

There's a group that fishes every Sunday and they rotate between those two lakes and throw in Coleto Creek every now and then. I believe you can find them on Facebook under Lunker Hunters, just like their page and you will be able to see which lake they will be at each week. It's a team format but you can go solo, $40/team.

Id like to learn HOW to fish Canyon...lol. Might get into the tournaments just to learn!!
