Kings Of Cowtown Qualifier #3

The final qualifying event will be held on Sunday, May22nd. I originally had this date for the 29th but didn't realize that day fell on memorial day weekend. I think it will be better for everyone staying away from this lake on this particular weekend. I will post on here this week when I get confirmation from the Little Elm Park and Corps of Engineers. This is the last chance to qualify so please try and make it. If you have already qualified and are looking for an open tournament, feel free to come fish this event and help raise money for better payouts at the KOC tournament in August. Details below. Lake Lewisville
$100 entry fee paying back 70%. The 30% held back will be paid out at KOC tournament
$10 big bass. Pays out 100%
$50 optional side pot. Pays out 100%

Good idea on the date change! Memorial day weekend on Lewisville would be a zoo! Looking forward to fishing it.

Finish in the top 10 in the qualifier and you qualify for the KOC

I don't think it is necessarily the top ten, if the fist 8 people who fishare are qualified ten it moves down till there is 10 that want to qualify. I'm pretty sure

Yes that is correct. He goes down the list until he gets 10 people that haven't already qualified. Play it safe and shoot for the top 10.

Hey gang, if you haven't had the chance to fish a "Kings of Cowtown" before I highly recommend that you enter this final qualifying event! The "Kings of Cowtown" has become the most coveted tournament in Texas! This event is difficult to qualify for but very much worth it!

Is pre fishing allowed? Trailering or shotgun start?

1. Off limits will begin at 5pm Saturday evening the 21st.
2. You can launch where you want to but we will all take off from Tower Bay. I will give start/stop times Sunday morning. I will let teams go about 20 minutes before start time.

Man, I had the 29th on the schedule. Ive already got one next weekend at LBJ. I guess next year will have to work for me.

These guys put the smack down on the Lewisville bass today. We had 29 teams fish this event and the big girls were biting for sure. We had 2 over 10 and 1 pushing 10. I will post the entire Kings of Cowtown invitees this week some time. Below are the top 10 finishers in this event.
