TTZ will have a live online leader board, and live online streaming of the weigh-in. We hope that everybody can come out to the event, but if you can't make it please watch the weigh in live on Texas Tournament Zone ? Central Texas Premier Tournament Source

Friday registration will now be at the LBJ Yacht club from 5-9pm. We are no longer going to Lake Marble Falls since the demo rides were postponed. See below for more details. We will have cheeseburgers and ice cold Lone Stars for everybody who shows up for Friday night registration.

As at all of our events you are welcome to launch from any ramp on Lake LBJ and motor on over for the staged launch. TTZ will polygraph winning teams, please remember the off limits period begins at the end of the day on the last Sunday before the event date. For this tournament the off limits will start 5/25 Monday morning at 12:00AM. Fish all day on Sunday the 24th if you like, but by 11:59pm Sunday night your boat has to be out of Lake LBJ. On tournament day you can launch anytime after 4:00AM, all boats must check in for the numbered boat release. Please keep in mind that you can not go out and graph water before the event, that is a polygraph question. You can use GPS and whatever to run from point A to point B, but no graphing of water prior to launch. You can register online at anytime, or you can register in person starting the Friday night before, from 3PM to 9PM. We will also be available for early morning registration the day of the event starting at 5AM. All teams will draw a number and we will launch the boats one at a time from the end of the Marina at the mouth of the cove, as you drive by please have your livewells open, life vests on, and your kill switch attached. Tournaments start at first safe light, and the first flight of boats will be due back at 3PM, following flights are staggered by 15 minutes.

Please see below for a list of accommodations supported by the Burnet County Chamber of Commerce. We took the full list from the Chamber and contacted every location, the ones listed below have rooms available on the 29th and 30th as of today. Anyone who stays at one of these locations on the 29th or 30th will be entered into a very nice prize package drawing. If you are staying at one of these locations please email Susan at susan.dionne@ttz1.com. She will get you entered into the drawing and get your information. Re: TTZ Trail Event, May 30th Lake LBJ, Win $250 on a Skeeter Demo Ride May 29th - 05/18/15 09:52 PM

Should be an awesome time, wish I could make it!

LBJ has been fishing really good this spring and I bet you have a bunch of big sacks brought to the scales.

Thanks Acuna, sorry you can't make this one.

FYI, Skeeter will be giving away the $250 cash to a randomly drawn boater who goes on a demo ride Friday night at the River City Grille. As soon as the rides are over, around 7:30PM, they will draw a name, you must be present to win the cash.

Looking forward to the party!

LBJ is indeed fishing well and it's one of those lakes where you can just have fun and go fish.

Again, anybody who stays at one of the listed locations needs to please register with susan.dionne@ttz1.com so she can get you entered into the drawing. I know we are at least giving away a free entry into a 2016 TTZ trail event, and I'm working on more prizes.

Looks like the weather is going to clear out for this one!!!!

With all the recent rains the lake has gotten a good flushing and it could be anybody's game!

Re: TTZ Trail Event, May 30th Lake LBJ, Win $250 on a Skeeter Demo Ride May 29th - 05/26/15 03:52 PM

LCRA contacted Skeeter and recommended that we not take demo rides on Lake Marble Falls this Friday. They will be opening all of the flood gates on LBJ and Marble Falls on Friday to push water down to Travis. There are suppose to be high current levels on Marble Falls and LCRA has asked that we not be out there showing off boat performance abilities on that day.

Me personally I think that's the perfect time to show off how awesome Skeeter boats are, but Skeeter is run by people a lot smarter than me, so they are going to take the LCRA's advice and postpone these demo rides for another day.

TTZ is still on for Saturday, as they plan to have normal lake conditions on LBJ that Saturday. Also TTZ will have our Friday registration at the Yacht Club like we normally do, no reason for us to be on Lake Marble Falls since we are not doing the demo rides anymore. We will have cheeseburgers and ice cold lone stars for everybody that shows up to register Friday.

I know this...its going to take hell or extremely high water to keep me off LBJ this weekend with the reports I've been hearing from the guys who fished it last weekend.

Should be an awesome tournament. LBJ is always really fun this time of year and fishes well with current.

AOY race is tight from 2nd to 6th. Charles Whited and Bill Polkinghorn will have to stumble a bit in this last event to lose the Shimano AOY title. I did see some pre-fishing pics of Bo and Brian (who currently sit in 2nd) and those dudes were one 'em.

Re: TTZ Trail Event, May 30th Lake LBJ, Win $250 on a Skeeter Demo Ride May 29th - 05/29/15 04:03 PM

Yeah now they are showing a scattered shower coming through around 11am. Low chances in the morning and afternoon other than that 11am slot. So maybe we get some rain, it's cool I don't melt and the fish are already wet. Heck the last TTZ event on LBJ in January I fished in an ice storm, so a little rain really isn't going to bother me. For the most part my best fishing on that lake has happened on cloudy days with a little rain.

Re: TTZ Trail Event, May 30th Lake LBJ, Win $250 on a Skeeter Demo Ride May 29th - 06/01/15 01:45 PM

From the Llano to below Sandy it was very red and stained. Up the Colorado and around the dam and Horseshoe Bay it wasn't bad at all, good visibility in those areas.

results are up....
