Phillipson Pacemaker and Eagle Claw Flyrods - 07/24/17 02:40 AM

I was recently giving two older flyrods that I do not know much about. Can anyone offer some insight on either one?

+1 on the Classic Fly Rod Forum. Here's another good source for what your Phillipson is worth retail, provided it's in decent shape. Rick's Rods.

The Phillipson is more valuable, but as with many of these old rods, condition is everything. Value is also inversely related to length and weight, so the shorter, lighter rods tend to be more valuable than the standard 9 foot 6 weight (which are usually more like 7 weights).
