Generator guru's.......I need help/an answer

I am in need of a big generator (at least 10K) and I found one, but........ It is a 15k Generac with 250 hrs on it. I'm thinking I might be able to get it for about 600-700$$. Is that high hours? Anything I should be cautious about?
