So has additional parking been created somewhere as the paved lot is tiny.

We face this during normal stockings.

There are signs not to park on the grass as well.

Anyone know?

Parking will be allowed on the grassy area on the northwest intersection of Bryant Irvin road and the river. They are allowing parking on the grass for this day. Maybe a bit muddy as it is supposed to rain some this week.

Thanks for the parking update.

Hopefully someone will manage this as there will be vehicles parked all kinds of ways.

Last question. I am thinking the river is high, swift and muddy. Any confirmation?

Had a great time out there today! Working on a video. Will post later. Joined the Fishing Contest on a whim - forgot that I hip waders stashed in the pickup, remembered luckily, and was able to fish one of the heats. Hooked three but did not land any. Great event TRWD!

Overall, had a great time! PS: Went back today; hooked and lost more again. Should'a brought the net again. This time left it in the car. Did see others hooking up with them! Will get a video posted. Yesterday's video.

... got some great video of "how not to land them" and action shots of others getting the job done and catching them on Sunday! Not sure how long the Trout will be in the river given warm temps ahead... regardless if you can make it there this week, your chance at getting one is more likely compared to the the following week! Yesterday's Video.
