LMFR tenkara trip today

Made the day trip this morning to do some tenkara on the LMFR. Not a many day for me but caught some nice fish. Caught all my fish in evening hole. Missed a huge fish at spillway. Overall, just a beautiful day for fishing.

I see you used the new rod from Chris. How did you like it?

Love it so far. Crisp casting action but doesn't feel stiff. I would say it feels medium fast. I threw a 2.5 level line all day with no issues. Very versatile. I threw nymphs, kebari, and even a little split shot to boot. IMO one of the best rods to hit the market. Getting great reviews from everyone who has bought one so far.
