Cabin Fever

With all this rain, fly fishing for carp in my area is almost impossible along with creek fishing. Once the creeks finally drain out and start to clear... there comes another downpour. Makes me feel like it's winter again except for the temperatures and rain. Any one else feel all closed up sometimes now?
