POC last Friday

We fished the big jetties most of the morning. With 2 tides for the day fishing was going to be slow
We did manage 1 red and 1 nice trout. Moved out to the farewell bouy and fished for big fish. Managed a couple small sharks before the big boy hit. After a hour of passing the rod we got a six foot black tip to the boat. The shark was hook in the gills and did not live. I gave all the shark steaks away.

A 6' blacktip is a big blacktip! It was a fun fight for sure. Good report

Jetties have been pretty good this year. Friend of mine caught a 30 inch Red off of them a couple of weeks ago. Nice report and thanks for sharing.
