Following the patent infringement trial in Marshall federal court. Garmin sued by Navico for using down scan technology. 38 million judgement. Appeals to follow.

Only fitting, Navico was sued by Humminbird for stealing their technology as well. What goes around comes around.

In June there were news release out that Garmin won the dispute
