Meadowmear ramp at Grapevine?

Does anyone know if the ramps are open yet? I haven't made a trip over to see if they have opened it back up from last year?

let me back up and say I'm not sure about all the new stuff and ramp they are building for boats and kayaks there, but the existing boat ramp is still there and open.
