380 Bridgeport ramp?

I plan on fishing on Friday and thinking about hitting lake Bridgeport since it's been 6 years from my last trip there. Last time I launched at the 380 ramp by the shell station and it was free. Is this ramp still open and has any fees changed?

It's open with new dock and still free.
