Posting this for a friend. In case anyone knows anything or anyone in that area. He was out walking with his dog and came up missing, they have found his dog but not him.

Originally, I was hoping to find members in the area of Alvin, TX that were willing to aid in the water search, but we belive he is traveling.
He started off on foot, but could be using any mode available by now.

He went missing August 30th. He has a heart of gold and a perpetual smile.
He is likely to be in a manic state.

His cell phone was found sitting on her car recently. This makes us feel like he could still be in the area.

His DOB is actually in April not June.
