Does anybody know if they close the gates nightly at midnight? I wanna launch the boat there but it says the park is open from 7am to 12am. But i think thats for the playground area. I do alot of night fishing in these months but i dont want to get locked in there.

I'm pretty sure I've launched there before 7 but not significantly so. Call TRWD?

The City of Azle runs and operates the park. The Azle police used to lock and open the gates a few years ago, not sure if that is still the case today.

TRWD does not govern this facility.
The gates remain opened 24 hours a day.
The hours posted are not applicable to boat ramp users. The basis of the park hours are to keep illegitimate activities from taking place in there, throughout the night.
