Tried calling them and no answer. Have friends coming down next month and wondering when they are going to open.

Probably not any time soon. The fishing report on the left side of the web page says the lake is over 27' high.

It's the Cleanup that will be the Hold Up. I'm Hearing the Parks don't have the funding for repairs, cleanup, debris removal.

Was at the Bonanza grocery two days ago and the lady there said one of the cleanup guys at mccown has been coming in and said maybe in a couple weeks the park will be partially open. Take for a grain of salt.

Mind boggling, make a lake for flood control , spend our tax dollars to build and maintain parks. Then flood them. Now they are closed for the summer. Went down to our marina Friday - Harbor Master. How sad it is. He did tell me his ramp will be open Monday though, and still $3.00 .

That is good to know. I wonder why the fishing report is wrong? I tried the refresh button and there was no change. Still showed 27+ feet high. Weird. JP, whatup?

Obama redistributed the money... the US government is collecting record amounts of taxes.... building refugee cities and keeping the lights on for those folks....
