I never throw stuff away .Ifinaly found a use for some junk. I wanted a no roll slip sinker. I took a cast net weight ,1 oz. anr put it in my vice and flattenedout till the
opening looked right;. a swivel or a split shot in front maker a runnning rig' I go to the coast I will stack 3 or more as needed.they are no roll and almost snag proof.

Or give them to a caster and have them turn them into no-roll sinkers.

I save the lead ones, but my hands get worn out cutting them free of the nets. I have few buckets worth of weighted net rings.

I have a mold.Just make other weights.
