Does anyone know how far towards the nature center you can go in a boat?

I have been all the way to Vances Camp and up to the water let out from the dam at eagle mouintain. Back a few years ago they put a turbine on one of the outlet tubes and that closed off half of the water release. It is a chalenge the further you go and I was in a 14 ft v-bottom aluminium with a 5 hp. The most shallow area is about a 100 yd long area just as you make a 90 degree turn from the northwest end of the lake just as you enter the small channel going into the nature center. Right now my guess it would be 2 ft or even deeper. Its pretty easy from that shallow for about a mile then it narrows and has fallen trees in water approx. 4/5 ft deep water. There is a deep hole that holds Crappie about a mile up you can't miss it the channel opens up about 25 yards wide and long. Its been a couple years since I have been up there but I don't think it would have changed.

I have a tracker 175. Is it worth going up there to fish?
