Bass fishing Lake Hawkins - 10/15/15 04:03 PM
haven't been there in quite a while and not this time of year, any suggestions !
I've caught a few decent fish on frogs in the pads. Rattle traps have also been working for me towards the backs of the coves & up the creek under the bridge. Good luck with them.
You're welcome. Hawkins is a nice little lake.

Last time I was there I went to the South end and caught some fish on black and red senkos and frogs. Went in a cove back towards the ramp and caught some more frogs and shakey heads around stumps. Then went North under the bridge and they started schooling. Caught them on poppers, frogs and rattletraps. Should be good with this cooler weather. Good luck
