GrapeVine Bass?

The kids falls sports are ramping down, and I am itching to get back on Grapevine.
Any suggestions for getting back on the Bass?

There's 6 to 12 inchers EVERYWHERE. You can throw a trap anywhere in open water and catch them.. I can't find the big ones.
