Cant be real. Lake is still showing 0.55' low. Plus, why would you close it for almost 2 months? I call BS

Yeah I don't know who this lady is, or where she gets her info but I'm not trusting it. I hate when people have no fact basis but still wants attention. Good grief...

Just drove over Granbury. High but not really flooded. Lots of debris and dirty. I highly doubt any let alone all of these authorities would make that type of long term decision based on the conditions right now. Been wrong before though!

From BRA:

Brazos River Authority
In the past 10 days, Lake Granbury has risen to nearly full and is now approaching capacity with continued inflow into the lake. The Brazos River Authority expects releases from the DeCordova Bend dam to be necessary in the coming days to pass the excess inflow downstream once the lake is full. The water will be released at roughly the same rate that it is flowing into the lake from upstream. As the inflow subsides, releases will be reduced with the lake remaining full. The BRA will keep you updated through Facebook with changes to releases as they are necessary.

TP&W does not control the boat ramps, that should tell you about the info and source.

Jeff and Bra statemnemt..Interesting BUT the Bra comment is typical and doesn,t say the same as the Coe gauging stations reports from Dennis and the Decordove dam... As of 5/12/15 the dennis gauge was showing 2130cfs and the Deciordove dam release is 17,130. My math skills tell me that is about a ONE IN and Eight OUt. On 5/10/15 granbury lake level was 693.10 and at 8 this morning was692.46 That is a a decline of .64 inches. Have called this to The Bra contact on the web.Waiting for reply
