I have the double flange rattle that comes with a small hole cutter. I will cut the whole in the head leaving room for the hook to thread through the nose of the fluke. It is flat on both sides and stays in the bait very well especially with a drop of Gorilla glue. It has one big black BB inside and the flat flanges work like a prism gathering light plus you have some sound.
It has doubled my catch ratio.

Go to Rattle Arsenal, and you will find them in two sizes one for your size fluke and one for the mag. fluke and I use it on some of the swim baits.

If you cant find those then look for the ones that Walmart sold a few years ago under the FLW name. They are almost identical to that except the FLW has a sharper point on the tail forks if I remember right.
