Lure Identification - 06/18/18 01:43 AM
Sorry, no pictures. I saw a large minnow-shaped top water bait in Bassmaster's magazine that I am trying to find online. It had a big open mouth so that when you pulled it, mouth went through its gills. It made a lot of noise and disturbance.
Any ideas?

Thanks, but that's not it. The water actually went through the mouth and out the gill slits.

Thanks for the help but it is neither a Megabass Popmax and it is not made by Strike Pro. I think this lure was a one shot from someone unknown.

Hey, I'm sorry. All I can tell you is that it was a long top water lure where water came through the gills.

No, sorry.
Imagine an blunt nosed shark with it's mouth wide open (no teeth, of course), gills flared and open.

Your Killing Smalls! We need to find this thing. Sounds like something I might need.

https://www.piranafishinglures.com/There's a video of it being used in a pond where I could have probably attached a hook to a bobber and popped it across the water with the same results.

Yes, that's it. I actually found it just before opening up TFF.
