Considering Replacing Eagle 480DF

I am considering replacing my Eagle 480DF with newer technology. I am asking for opinions good and bad. I don’t want to buy something 7 years old with a new price. I want to stay around $500.

I plan to visit Cabela’s or Boris Marine for pricing (I prefer to shop local).
