im looking for a place to fish in Galveston after I return from my cruise, where is the best place I can go, what fish are biting and what bait should I use? how much would a charter for just 1 person cost me? not sure if anyone is going out fishing that day that I could join in your charter group.

You could go to sea wolf park, cost about $9 to get in. Flounder are there. Buy some Controlled Descent Lures( www.controlleddescentlures.com) and some Pro Cure Gel and catch all the flounder you want. Check out my post in the this inshore section. Send me a PM and I will be happy to help you with more if needed.

thanks for the advice, I fished sea wolf last time I was in town. caught lots of lady fish on shrimp lol but no flounder. do you recommend fishing on the shore by the rocks or on the pier into the deeper water?
