My grandpa and I are going to be going to San Luis pass to fish for redfish, trout, flounder, Sharks, and other fun hard fighting fish. What bait is best this time of year and what is biting right now.? Also, what would be the best time to be fishing there?

We always go in late August through early October and do good on the bull reds, sharks Jack fish, and the occasional tarpon with large mullet
